In 1985, the predecessor of Jinhuan Art & Craft was a township enterprise called Chengxi Plastic Factory, which produced self-supporting PE water pipes for rural areas.

In the second half of 1993, after the enterprise restructuring, the company expanded its product line to include PVC profile moldings and was renamed Lanxi Jinbei Plastic Products Factory.

In 2000, the company expanded its product line to include PS strips and began exploring the international market.

In the first half of 2003, the company began manufacturing finished PS and PVC photo frames.

In 2007, the company acquired 20 mu (approximately 1.33 hectares) of new land for expansion.

In 2009, the company was renamed JinHuan Art & Craft Products Co., Ltd. upon the establishment of its new factory.

In 2013, the company constructed its third production building, covering an area of 20,000 square meters.

In 2014, the company relocated to and commenced operations in the new facility.
